Week 24 (June 9-June 13, 2025) This week, the domestic oil sunflower price is stable, and the specific prices in each region are as follows:

Weekly Review:

This week, the domestic oil sunflower price has basically not changed. The domestic oil sunflower inventory is not large, and traders continue to hold a price-supporting mentality, supporting the oil sunflower market price, but the demand has not improved significantly, which has suppressed the oil sunflower market price. In terms of supply, the international oil sunflower is currently at the end of the season, the supply of raw materials is relatively tight, and my country's oil sunflower imports are not large. In terms of demand, the market is currently in the off-season for the industry, the weather is getting hotter, the oil mill operation rate is not high, the consumption of oil sunflower is reduced, and the market purchases are mostly maintained for rigid demand, and the speed of goods is slow.

It is expected that the domestic oil sunflower price may remain stable before the new season oil sunflower is listed. The domestic demand for oil sunflower has not improved significantly, and it continues to be weak. The supply is tight, and traders hold prices. In addition, the foreign market price is weak, and the import cost is weak. All oil sunflower prices may still fall. In the later period, more attention should be paid to the planting situation in major producing areas such as Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.

02 Sunflower oil

Week 24 (June 9-June 13, 2025) The average price of domestic sunflower oil this week is 10,579 yuan/ton, of which the price of first-grade sunflower oil in Jiangsu is 10,650 yuan/ton; the price of first-grade sunflower oil in Xinjiang is 10,300 yuan/ton; the price of first-grade sunflower oil in Tianjin is 10,800 yuan/ton; the price of first-grade sunflower oil in Shanghai is 10,700 yuan/ton. Weekly Review:

This week, the price of domestic sunflower oil fell under pressure. The main reason is that the sunflower oil is in the off-season, and the price of sunflower oil is high, the cost performance is not high, and the speed of sales is not fast. The amount of edible sunflower kernels in Inner Mongolia has decreased significantly, and the amount of low-priced sunflower oil in the market has gradually decreased. In terms of import costs, the price of Russian FOB Black Sea port in June was US$1,090/ton, the price was relatively stable, and the import cost of sunflower oil remained stable. In terms of domestic supply, international spot inventory is low and supply is relatively tight, which provides strong support for the market price of sunflower oil.

It is expected that in the short term, the price of sunflower oil may stop falling and rise. The supply of sunflower oil at home and abroad is tight. The supply of low-priced sunflower oil in the market is limited. Coupled with the conflict in the Middle East, the rise in crude oil prices supports the sunflower oil market, but the weak market demand suppresses the price of sunflower oil. It is expected that the price of sunflower oil will not rise much. In the later stage, we will focus on the impact of the market and other oils on the sunflower oil market.
